i got a problem to upload pic in my gallery..
i've try many ways..

i've resized my pic..
i've turn off the firewall and antivirus..
i already format my notebook...

every time i try to upload pic, a msg box will appears with the msg
sorry, we can not currently process the file you submitted.possible causes are:
*deviantart experiencing high load and your request was interrupted or time out..
*there were an server error while processing the request..
*the setting of your browser privacy controls or firewall maybe blocking the response from deviantart..
*you have installed browser extension, virus protector or adblocker thet interferes with the upload script..
pls try again..
